Physical Education 9-10-11-12
Students participating in High School Physical Education will have the opportunity to improve their overall physical fitness level. Students will participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that will promote cardiovasular fitness and strength development. The activities will also develop skills involved in daily life after high school which include team work, social interaction, strategic planning, problem solving and fitness program planning. The goal of these classes is to promote a high energy environment that encourages physical activity and participation. Students will be expected to participate with a positive attitude and a willingness to give their absolute best effort regardless of physical ability or personal preference in the activities selected. The Physical Education classes will include the following activities as time permits throughout the semester.
