SCHEDULE A MEETING WITH MR. MAES
Students - Please use this form to schedule a meeting with Mr. Maes. Note that as you are able, you should not be missing in-class instruction time for a meeting, unless previously approved by your teacher(s). Also note that Mr. Maes will do his best to honor the day/time that you desire to meet; however, not all requests will be able to be honored. All meeting scheduling requests will be approved by Mr. Maes and confirmed with a Google Calendar invitation/reminder.
