School District of Glenwood City - Athletic Registration and Eligibility

Athletic Registration for the 2026-2027 season is NOW OPEN!

The Dunn St. Croix Conference and Glenwood City School District has decided to go with Bound for all our Athletic items such as Registration, Eligibility Reports, Scheduling, Stats, and more!

Registration requirements are established by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) and the School District of Glenwood City. Failure to complete and submit these items results in a student-athlete not being allowed to participate until which time registration has been received and approved.

Alternate Year Card (English) - Please complete opposite of physical

- 2026-2027 Athletic Handbook The 2026-2027 Athletic Handbook serves as a guide to the district's athletic program. It provides important information about eligibility requirements, team expectations, policies, procedures, and student-athlete responsibilities.
- Preparticipation Physical Evaluation (PPE) Preparticipation Physical Evaluation (PPE) are due every two years. Schedule an appointment with a physican/doctor of your choice to have the form completed. Page 4 is what needs to be uploaded during registration or sbumitted to the school.
- Alternate Year Card The Alternate Year Card is due the "off year" or the year following the Preparticipation Physical Evaluation. Please upload it during registration or sbumitt it to the school.
