It is my belief ALL students can learn in a safe, caring environment that fosters their intellectual, emotional, and social growth. I believe that my role is to assist students in discovering their strengths enabling them to become independent learners. I will utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage the diverse learning needs of my students to expose them to "real world" experiences.
